Our Philosophy
Just as no two flowers bloom at the same pace, no two children develop in exactly the same way.
At The Therapy Garden, we believe meaningful progress begins with connection, curiosity, and individualized care. Our pediatric speech and feeding therapy is rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach that honors each child's unique needs.
Rather than fitting children into one approach, we meet them where they are. Through child-led and play-based speech therapy, we celebrate their strengths, honor their unique needs, and build on what makes them who they are.
Whether your child needs support with speech, language, communication, or feeding, we're here to help. We provide personalized pediatric speech and feeding therapy in Mesa, AZ and throughout the East Valley, while connecting families with trusted referrals for other therapy specialties when needed.
Our mission is simple:
To help every family find their place to grow.

It All Began With One Speech Therapist.
The Therapy Garden grew from a small, play-based pediatric speech therapy practice called Talk to Brookie, founded by Brooklyn Benson on the belief that children learn best when they feel safe, connected, and understood. As more families reached out for support with speech, language, communication, and feeding needs, it became clear that one person could no longer serve every family on her own.
Today, that original vision has blossomed into The Therapy Garden—a welcoming community that connects families with trusted speech-language pathologists and feeding therapists. We provide personalized pediatric speech and feeding therapy while helping families find the specialized care their children need, all in one place.
The Therapy Garden proudly serves families seeking pediatric speech and feeding therapy in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler,
and surrounding East Valley communities throughout Arizona.
What Makes Us Different
What sets The Therapy Garden apart is our personalized, relationship-based approach to pediatric speech and feeding therapy. We create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. Our speech-language pathologists and feeding therapists combine individualized clinical expertise with a whole-child perspective, partnering closely with families to make therapy meaningful, practical, and connected to everyday life.
